It was the first full-color, educational magazine written to architects, engineers, general contractors and construction managers educating them about the inherent benefits of masonry. Other masonry associations around the country took note and in 2006, the Masonry Advisory Council partnered with bsYOUNG & associates to begin publishing MasonryEdge, a quarterly magazine for the greater Chicago market. At the end of 2009, StoryPole merged with MasonryEdge to bring a national perspective to the masonry industry, while continuing to champion masonry as the undisputed economical wall system of choice throughout the country. MasonryEdge/the Story Pole reflects the quality and excellence of the masonry industry.

MasonryEdge/the StoryPole is directed by an editorial advisory board of the greatest minds in the industry bringing readers the newest masonry research concepts, products and design from throughout the country. Architects can earn continuing education credits by answering questions drawn from their reading of pertinent articles in each issue.
